Data protection information – Curriculum Vitae
LABORATORIOS SYVA, S.A. informs candidates who submit their Curriculum Vitae that the personal data contained therein, or, where applicable, the data obtained during the selection process to which they are invited, will be processed under the following terms:

2. Purposes of the processing
LABORATORIOS SYVA will process the data for the following purposes:
a) To manage staff recruitment processes, based on the preferences indicated by candidates or on job offers that match their profile.
b) To prepare profiles based on the analysis of curricular data and on the results of evaluation tests carried out during the processes to which the candidates are invited, in order to determine their suitability for a job position.
To fulfil these purposes, health data provided by the candidates themselves (e.g., disability percentage) or obtained during the selection tests may be processed when such data are necessary to offer them suitable job positions.
3. Legal basis for the processing
The legal basis that legitimises the processing of the data is the consent given by candidates when they submit their Curriculum Vitae.
4. Retention periods
The data will be retained for a period of two (2) years from the date of receipt of the Curriculum Vitae, unless you request their erasure beforehand. Once this period has expired, the data will be securely deleted.
5. Recipients
The data may be communicated to other companies within the SYVA Group (INDUSTRIAS Y ALMACENES PABLOS, S.A.), whose contact address is indicated above, if they offer job positions that match the candidates’ profile and preferences. The legal basis for this communication is the consent granted when sending the CV. The companies of the SYVA Group will use the data for the purposes mentioned above, recognising the data subjects’ right to exercise the rights listed in section (6) under the same conditions described therein.
Likewise, it is possible that third-party companies contracted for the maintenance of the hardware or software in which the data are stored may have access to them. All such companies have signed the corresponding agreements with the guarantees required by the GDPR. For more information, you may contact: data.protection@syva.es.
6. Rights
Candidates have the right to access their personal data and to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request their erasure when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. They also have the right, where applicable and under certain circumstances, to object to their processing or to request its restriction, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, they must send a written communication to the postal address indicated in section 1 above or to data.protection@syva.es.
In any case, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
