Indications
Treatment of infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to flumequine, such as:
Pigs (piglets): Colibacillosis, enteritis, gastroenteritis, and neonatal diseases.
Sheep (lambs): Colibacillosis, septicaemia, pasteurellosis and pneumonia.
Posology
The dosing device that comes with the container administers a dose of around 1 g of
FLUMESYVA ORAL PASTE each time it is pressed, equivalent to 30 mg of flumequine.
– Piglets: administer 12 mg flumequine/kg bodyweight (equivalent to one push of
the dosing device per 2.5 kg bodyweight) every 12 hours, for 3-5 consecutive days.
– Lambs: administer 6 mg flumequine/kg bodyweight (equivalent to one push of the dosing device per 5 kg bodyweight) every 12 hours, for 4-6 consecutive days.
