Dear Visitors, Welcome to Syva!
When you visit us, we take care of your health and safety.
In this article we provide you with some important information and rules to follow in order to welcome you safely into our various production sites and offices. Please read them carefully.
First of all…If you are allergic to any medication, if you are pregnant or suspect you may be pregnant, please inform your Syva contact before entering. |
General rules
- Collect your badge at the entrance control desk and wear it visibly during all your stay.
- Notify the reception desk upon arrival and departure from the site. Return your badge at the reception desk when you leave.
- To access the plants, dress appropriately according to the instructions of the person of Syva who is accompanying you.
- As far as possible, avoid cosmetics (including nail polish), which may release particles/odours.
- You are not allowed to enter certain restricted areas (e.g. white rooms).
- Do not take any photographs or videos without authorisation.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the whole building complex as well as to eat and drink in the factory.
Your personal data collected at the entry register, will not be processed or incorporated into any other data base. |
Security rules
Remain with your SYVA contact person during the entire visit and follow his/her instructionscarefully.- You may not enter any area of the plant unless authorised to by the person accompanying you.
- Respect and observe the safety rules indicated to you when entering an area.
- Use the personal protective equipment or clothing which is provided, during the visit for each area.
- Pay attention to the symbols in each zone. Keep the workplace clean and tidy..
- Stay away from machines in operation.
- Do not touch objects, equipment, machinery, components of the system or products of the work processes during your visit.
- Take care to avoid vehicles in the plant, use pedestrian walkways.
Environmental rules
Our environmental policy aims to reduce the environmental impact of our activities to a minimum.
Do you want to help? Follow these rules:
- Generate as little waste as possible
- Place the waste in the correct container (ask your contact person if you have any doubts).
- Do not spill any chemical products.
- Don’t waste resources such as water and energy.
